I have had a lot of experience working with men in my counselling practice. I also know that men find it much more difficult to attend the first session; they are not as use to opening up as women and discussing their problems. As they don’t spend time chatting about their feelings they can benefit enormously and usually really quickly from counselling.
Most problems can be dealt with relatively quickly and that is always discussed in the first session.
Depression and suicide is a huge issue in males. Book an appointment and see if counselling can help.
